The California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC) has two levels of Administrative Services Credentials: The Preliminary Administrative Services Credential and the Professional Clear Administrative Services Credential. This certificate authorizes them for employment in administration.
MCOE’s CASC-ADMIN KEYS Program is a job-embedded, site-based, individualized coaching program and is an approved pathway by CCTC. This is a two year program that includes one-on-one coaching with a skilled administrator, an Individualized Learning Plan (ILP), professional and personalized learning opportunities, and a culminating portfolio representing two years of leadership development based upon the
California Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (CPSEL).
