State law requires that parents be notified of their rights and responsibilities in certain matters pertaining to their child's education. Each year, a booklet of those rights and responsibilities is given to the family of students that enroll at MSCS. It is a requirement that the family of each student that enrolls at MSCS receive a hard copy of this booklet.
As an option, you may elect to receive the electronic version of the document. To receive the electronic version of the annual parent notification booklet, you must complete the Request for Electronic Access to Annual Rights Notification form. You may request this form from the school secretary. By completing the form, an electronic version of the document will be emailed to you.
MSCS believes that it is the right of every student and parent to know their rights and responsibilities pertaining to their child's education.
