Comprehensive Approaches to Raising Educational Standards (CARES)

The desired outcome of the CARES program is to increase and improve the quality of child care settings and retention of all early care and education professionals completing non-unit and/or unit bearing coursework leading to professional advancement, higher Child Development Permits, and/or degrees in the field of Early Care and Education.

The CARES program provides a comprehensive approach to services where CARES participants receive assistance with professional development planning, educational guidance, peer mentoring, and monatery incentives.

The CARES program provides services for license and license-exempt programs, Family, Friend and Neighbor (FFN) Child Care Providers, Family Home Child Care Providers and Child Care Center Based Staff.
