Application Process

Each participating district selects participants they would like to sponsor in the Paraprofessional Teacher Training Program.  Candidates should submit their application packet to their employing district.  Required forms can be found on the Forms page.  Applications are accepted at any time during the year.

How to apply

Submit to your district:

Once selected by your district for the program, your application is forwarded to the Merced County Office of Education PTTP staff.  You will be notified when an opening into the program is available.  At that time, you will need to attain a Certificate of Clearance.  After this clearance, you can be accepted into the program and you will be invited to an Orientation.
