Program Components
How Does The Program Work?
A "Participating Teacher" (new or veteran) is linked with a "Consulting Teacher" who provides ongoing support through discussing performance goals, sharing ideas, observing classroom performance, offering district resources for further study, and monitoring the progress of the participating teacher.

Teachers with the desire to improve their teaching practice can volunteer for assistance under this program by submitting a "Request for PAR Services" form to the PAR Panel.
PAR Guarantees
- All communication between the Consulting Teacher, Self-Referral Teacher, and the PAR Panel shall be confidential.
