The Linguafolio Documents:  How to Apply?

I.   Submit an Intent to Apply form

• Deadline:  Intent forms may be submitted any time after January 3, 2012, but must be received no later than Friday, January 27, 2012, 4 PM.

                     Download the Intent to Apply

II. Submit the complete LinguaFolio to the Merced County Office of Education

• Deadline:  All complete LinguaFolios must be received no later than Friday, February 10, 2012, 4 PM.

                The LinguaFolio must include the following documents:

1. Download the LinguaFolio Coversheet
2. Download the Student Application
3. Download the School Verification (submitted in a sealed envelope)
4. Download the Language Autobiography
