Use of School Facilities
MCOE facilities are a community resources primarily used for MCOE operations and programs. MCOE authorizes the use of MCOE facilities by community groups for purposes provided for in the Civic Center Act (Education Code Section 38130) when such use does not interfere with MCOE activities. We are pleased to announce that MCOE is now processing Civic Center Facilities Use Permit applications online through Event Manager. To get started with reserving facilities, kindly utilize the link provided under "Facilities Use Request" to create your online account.

Facilities Use Request
To initiate the process of submitting facility requests for your organization sign in or follow these steps to create an account:
Create an Account: First, you must create an online account. If you don't already have one, please click the button below to get started.
Organization membership approval: To submit requests, you need to be approved as a member of an organization. If your organization is not already approved, you will be required to create one during the account setup process.
Once your account is confirmed you can begin entering facility requests for your organization efficiently.
