Internal Business

The Internal Financial Services team includes 23 staff members who are responsible for the budget, accounting, and payroll services for the Merced County Office of Education.  The Internal Financial Services team maintains the overall MCOE budgets, revenues, expenses, payables, receivables, as well as payroll for 1,700 full-time, part-time, short term and substitute employees.

The 2026-27 overall operating fund expenditures for MCOE is $243 million dollars.  A summary of the break down can be found on page 5 of the 2026-27 Adopted Budget book.
