The Internal Financial Services team includes 20 staff members who are responsible for the budget, accounting, and payroll services for the Merced County Office of Education.  The Internal Financial Services team maintains the overall MCOE budgets, revenues, expenses, payables, receivables, as well as payroll for 1,500 fulltime, parttime, short term and substitute employees.

The 2024-25 overall operating fund expenditures for MCOE is $197 million dollars.  A summary of the break down can be found on page 5 of the 2024-25 Adopted Budget book.
