1. Register for online orientation ($27.43 nonrefundable)

2. Complete Training:

*8 hours Preventative Health and Safety

*8 hours Pediatric CPR/First Aid

*7 hours Mandated Reporter Training

3. Application: Complete and submit application with appropriate fees ($73.00) and a copy of your TB, Flue shot, Pertussis & Measles test results to Community Care Licensing (CCL)
