​The mission of the Phoenix Project is to inspire adults reentering society through education and job training that will lead to successful employment. Phoenix Project participants must be referred by Merced County Probation and must attend all workshops.

• Free Tutoring

• One-on-one Mentoring

• Personalized Career Action Plan

• Support Services

• Vocational Training
