Andrea Cruthird-Mays

Andrea Cruthird-Mays is a champion and advocate for the health, wellbeing, education, and advancement of children, students, and families. She knows that it is important to value the uniqueness of each individual and see the potential lying within them. Her goal is to motivate students to seek higher knowledge. To encourage them to question, predict, and investigate new theories, thoughts, or ideas. When looking at the big picture the time she spends with each student is minuscule. It is important to remember that often the smallest shared moments, words of wisdom, and votes of confidence can turn out to have the greatest impact on the lives of the children, students, and families. She has over 27 years of experience in Early Education. She has served in the roles of teaching assistant, lead teacher, mentor, advisor, coach, trainers, quality initiative program manager and higher education professor.
