The ConnectED MINDS (Mental health, Inclusion, Nurturing, Development and System) program, in collaboration with the Department of Health Care Service (DHCS), the Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and the Department of Insurance (CDI), partners with schools to expand access to school-based mental and behavioral health services for students aged 25 and younger.

The program was born as part of Governor Newsom's Master Plan for Kids' Mental Health and the Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI).
