What do we do?The Merced County Cooperative Coordinator provides training, assistance and up to date information to small and rural member districts regarding development and maintenance of local plans including data analysis, goal setting, budget and program evaluation. The coordinator also provides support in the following areas:  School Site Council (SSC), the Consolidated Application, Categorical Expenditures, the Single Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), the Local Educational Agency Plan (LEAP) or Single School District Plan (SSD), Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), Federal Program Monitoring (FPM) and the FPM Review.

  1. Title I Part A - Basic Grants
  2. Title II Part A - Teacher Quality
  3. Title III - Immigrant and LEP
  4. Title IV - 21st Century Learning
  5. Comprehensive Support and Improvement (CSI)


Williams Settlement: Coordinates and conducts the mandatory visits on a yearly basis.
