Candidates: Professional learning is optional for candidates and aligns to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs).
Mentors: Required to attend a minimum of 3 hours of professional development provided by TIP and aligns to the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs).
