After you have submitted your enrollment forms and elgibility documentation to enroll in benefits, your employee benefits specialist will upload you into the SISC system and you will receive your physical medical cards in the mail 1-2 weeks following the upload. If you are a new employee and you begin with MCOE anytime after September, you are considered a Late Hire. Health Benefit Premiums are spread out over the insurance year by 11 months, not 12. MCOE employees do not pay deductions in the month of July and this means that there will likely be a one-time adjustment that affects you!
