Employee of the Quarter

To receive an Outstanding Employee Award, MCOE employees must demonstrate exemplary performance of duties in a manner that exceeds expectations and promotes the Merced County Office of Education message to Nurture, Serve and Lead.  

The selected individuals are then acknowledged at the upcoming Board Meeting. Nominators should be specific in describing the outstanding work of their nominees.

All nomination forms are to be submitted to Cecilia Casill​as in Human Resources by the announced deadline for each quarter.
