The Merced County Office of Education (MCOE) recognizes
that MCOE facilities are a community resource, whose primary purpose is to be
used for MCOE programs and activities.
Conference Room Reservations - Internal Programs
Room reservations (Clark, Newbold, J-2 and M) and confirmations are scheduled through Business Services by phone: 381-6736 or e-mail to (preferred) firstname.lastname@example.org.
Conference Room Reservations – External
MCOE authorizes the use of MCOE facilities by community groups for purposes provided for in the Civic Center Act (Education Code Section 38130) when such use does not interfere with MCOE activities. Contact the Business Services department for further information and reservations.
The Civic Center Facilities Use Application Permit (Exhibit 1330) must be completed and submitted along with the Statement of Information (Exhibit-3 1330) two weeks prior to date of use. In addition, permittee shall furnish the MCOE, 10 days in advance of the occupancy time of this permit and PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT, a Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement, naming the MCOE, its officers, employees, agents and volunteers as Additional Insured. Conference Room Set-Up
All conference room set-up forms must be received by Facilities as soon as the room is reserved, or as soon as possible. Conference Room Set-up forms should be sent to Yolanda Gray firstname.lastname@example.org and Tomi White email@example.com via e-mail or by fax, 381-6775.
Use of MCOE Equipment and Materials
MCOE has various audio/visual equipment that may be reserved. Please contact Sou Saetern, firstname.lastname@example.org or LaRae Demorest email@example.com in Instructional Services.
