The Culinary Arts Program provides a working knowledge of culinary
techniques through lecture and hands-on experience. Students will learn
basic skills needed for entry-level occupations through instruction and
practice in areas such as basic culinary skills, sanitation, food production,
purchasing, cost analysis, menu preparation, and table service.
