MSCS has a very active Advisory Board. It consists of parents, teachers, administrators and community members. The Advisory Board makes recommendations to MSCS administration and governing board on curriculum, activities and events, policies and procedures, and general operations of the school.
Parents are elected to the Advisory Board during a general election process where ballots are distributed to families at MSCS. Ballots are then counted and new members are announced.
The MSCS Advisory Board meets on a quarterly basis on the school site. The meetings are on Monday afternoons starting at 4:00 pm. The dates for the 2013-14 school year are:
