renewed energy, the MCE Foundation is committed to the expansion of Merced
County STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) educational
opportunities for students of all ages. The
Foundation is developing a variety of project based partnerships by expanding
upon both public and private sector relationships. You are invited to participate in upcoming
activities and events, as we focus on advancing regional STEM knowledge, while
working together to expand and leverage a variety of resources among
individuals and organizations with a similar interest.
In partnership with Merced County Office of Education and a grant from PG&E, the Merced County STEM Fair began in 2017. The STEM Fair takes place annually in March and has seen continued growth in it's first two years. The STEM Fair is a step for Merced County Students to qualify for the California Science & Engineering Fair. If you would like to be involved as a judge or participate in another capacity, please contact our office.
