California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN)

The California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN) is the California Department of Education Early Learning and Care Division's (CDE - ELCD) professional learning system. CPIN provides support to administrators, teachers, early learning leaders, coaches, early care and education providers, and local education agencies (LEAs) of California's pre-kindergarten and transitional children, including dual language learners and individuals with disabilities.
