MCOE provides a variety of services for the educators, school districts and MCOE staff. These include professional development, print shop services, communications, information technology services, work permits and more.
Child Care Subsidy
Learn about the Child Care Subsidy program, which assists eligible families in Merced County with the cost of child care.
MCOE Portal
The Portal serves to support the enrichment and education of students in Merced County through digital learning.
Work Permits
All minors under age 18, including minors employed by parents, must have a Work Permit except if minor has graduated from high school.
Educator Training
Attend upcoming professional development and educator trainings hosted by the MCOE Continuous Improvement team.
Print Shop
The Print Shop provides printing, graphic design and copying services for MCOE, school districts and other organizations.
IT Services
All school districts in the county rely entirely on our on-line, data processing system for budgeting, accounting, and warrant processing.

Request copies of transcripts and diplomas of former Valley Community and Court School students.
