Pursuant to Government Code section 3547, subdivision (a), a public meeting will be held by the Merced County Superintendent of Schools to receive public comment in the matter of the MCOE and CSEA Chapter 856 Units A & B Initial Proposal for 2022-2023 Reopener Negotiations retroactive to July 1, 2022.

Public Notice: All initial proposals of exclusive representatives and of public school employers, which relate to matters within the scope of representation, shall be presented at a public meeting of the public school employer and thereafter be public records.
