Logo Guidelines
The MCOE logo serves as the official display logo to identify the Merced County Office of Education and our leaders, teachers, students, and services across the county. The logo should be used correctly and consistently to reinforce and protect our brand on all communications and promotional materials, as well as on all of our digital properties.
Our Brand
The MCOE logo serves as the official display logo to identify the Merced County Office of Education and our leaders, teachers, students, and services across the county.
The flaming torch is a symbol of leadership and reflects the dedicated commitment of the County Office, which is to nurture and serve students of all abilities.
The logo is the cornerstone of the MCOE’s brand. It tells the audience the name of the organization and creates a visual symbol that represents our dedication to education.
The variations of orange represent both encouragement and optimism, while the dark brown represents strength.
If materials are created in partnership with another organization or organizations, multiple logos can be used. The size and prominence of the logos should be similar.
All MCOE departments and programs should use the MCOE logo for all digital and physical materials. In general, individual logos or icons for departments and programs are not allowed. If there is a business reason for a separate graphic, approval by an assistant superintendent and Communications is required before the graphic can be created.
